I led a specialized developer experience assessment of Intel products, and provided recommendations for Yocto builds, helped design and structure developer kit guide, as well as provided visual aids for learning paths through conducting research.

For evaluating the developer experience of an Intel product, I collaborated with an external agency to evaluate and gather insights on the out-of-the-box experience. The visual above illustrates some of the key findings and insights, which were prepared by me.
Many teams at Intel generate customized builds for clients, but the process had become too complex to use. I collaborated with two engineers who were working to simplify it. I performed a heuristic evaluation and user testing on the Yocto project, then shared the learnings and made improvements to the Readme guide.
To gain an understanding of commonly used technology for specific purposes and determine the most common use cases, I designed and created concept visuals. These visuals were used by the team during interviews with developers to assist in visualizing the discussion and concepts.
