Problem
The current enterprise role request system had a poor user experience that causes confusion when requesting access to applications resulting in frustration.
Approach
I designed and developed a prototype which I reviewed and iterated with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Outcome
Designed an enhanced user friendly application for requesting and managing approvals for access to databases and tools.
