Collaborated with the Incubation teams to support user experience efforts and accelerate idea generation. An internal competition was organized, featuring 12 teams that worked together for 12 weeks to experiment with and present ideas to executive leadership. The competition originally began in-person but was transitioned to virtual format due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
approaches
The teams were expected to acquire the skills of user experience practices to gather feedback on their ideas and solutions. I assisted the teams by providing visual assets and clickable prototypes. I also supported user interview and concept testing sessions.
Outcomes
Obtained feedback from users through conducting early-stage concept testing.
