Problem

Creating a user-friendly and legally compliant rebates management application to replace the current system.

Approach

I conducted presumptive design workshops, interviews, and mockup usability testing for support of development team iterations.

Outcome

I was responsible for conducting and delivering all user experience related activities and artifacts for a worldwide rebate and payments tool that tracks a significant portion of Intel's revenue. Despite funding for a full redevelopment being unavailable, the materials were used to improve the existing system by increasing productivity and reducing user pain points.
