Price to Deal Work conducted 2015-2018

Problem

Develop a user-friendly deal management application that adheres to legal requirements to replace the current system.

Approach

I led and coached cross-geo price-to-deal agile persistent teams, business, and users through Lean UX activities such as leading design pathfinding sessions, google design sprints, user insights gathering sessions, prototyping, and user testing.

Outcome

The launch of the application resulted in a significant increase of 80% in user productivity and doubled user satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with Intel's direct pricing regulations, which generate billions of dollars in revenue annually. A case study was carried out which found that 2.5 person-weeks per year were saved in the creation process.
